Colorado Gives Day is more than just a day. It’s a movement that inspires and unites thousands of donors to give where they live and support Colorado nonprofits. Thanks to numerous sponsors and countless donors, Colorado Gives Day is one of the most successful giving days in the nation. CFFR relies heavily on the generosity of the community through our partnership with Community First Foundation. Not just on Colorado Gives Day, but throughout the year. Donate a Vehicle
CFFR accepts donated vehicles from anywhere in the country. We use the proceeds from donated cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, boats, motorcycles and even airplanes to help save the lives of more kittens/cats.
Here’s How It Works:
Call (855) 500-7433, or complete the Online Donation Form by clicking on the button below. Our Vehicle Donation Support Team is available seven days a week and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Schedule your free pick-up: We arrange to have a licensed tow company pick up your vehicle at a time convenient for you. The vehicle will be taken to one of our many sale locations where it will be sold—all at no cost to you.
We receive the funds and you could qualify for a tax deduction! Vehicle donations are tax-deductible, and we work to get the highest return per vehicle for us and for your tax benefit. In most cases, when the driver arrives for your tax-deductible gift, you’ll be provided with the donation receipt. You will be mailed a thank-you letter within 30 days of the sale of the vehicle, which also serves as a donation tax receipt.
Colorado Feline Foster Rescue has partnered with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) to help run our vehicle donation program. We are grateful and excited to move forward together. CARS is also a nonprofit and has been processing vehicle donations for almost 20 years. To learn more about CARS, CFFR’s preferred vehicle donation program provider, visit careasy.org.
