Welcome to the Colorado Feline Foster Rescue adoption program!
We request the following information so that we can assist you in the selection of a new kitten/cat. This form and a consultation with a CFFR adoption consultant are designed to help you find the kitten or cat most compatible with your lifestyle. You will be emailed a copy of your completed application for your records upon submission.
CFFR Adoption Application
CFFR reserves the right to refuse an adoption to anyone for any reason. In order to be considered, you must:
- Be 23 years of age or older;
- Be applying to be the legal owner of the kittens/cats;
- Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord (if applicable). If a pet deposit is required by your landlord, proof of payment must be furnished; and
- Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment, and proper care for the kittens/cats.
